How to find my purchased PDFs?

If you purchased a PDF, you can access it in several ways:

Email delivery:

Your PDF is automatically sent to the email you used during checkout. If you don’t see it:

Check your Inbox, Spam, or Promotions folder

Search for “Promova” or the product name

On the website:

You can always download your PDFs from your account:

Log in at promova.com

Open Profile → Payments & Subscriptions

Find your PDF purchase and download the file

In the app:

If you use the mobile app, you can find your PDF here:

For You → My Purchases
